ADDITIONAL POLICIES SPECIFIC TO CHAM CHAM JEWELS

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is currently not available. If offered later, it will be updated in the policy.

Shipping

  • Within India: Shipping charges apply as per checkout. Free shipping is not guaranteed.

  • International Orders: No free shipping is available. Charges are calculated as per destination and logistics provider.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • If a product is eligible for return or exchange:

    • The customer must bear the shipping cost to send the product back to us.

    • If a replacement is approved, the customer must also pay the shipping charges for dispatching the replacement item.

Unboxing videos may be required as proof in case of damage claims.
