1. Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we offer delivery to all states and cities across India.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, Cash on Delivery is currently not available. All orders are prepaid.

3. What are the shipping charges within India?

Shipping is completely free across India. No extra delivery charges.

4. Can I get a replacement if my product is damaged?

Yes, we will replace the same product if it is damaged during shipping. However, replacements are only provided under the following conditions:

• An unboxing video is mandatory

• The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• The customer must ship the product back to us, as we currently do not have a pickup service
